Good, but some shortcomings
warm greeting tea selection photo service closed entrance tea availability carpet stain
The doorman greeted me warmly (I arrived a bit early). I appreciated the tea selection. I chose lemon grass and ginger. The waiters offered to take photos, a nice touch for a special experience.
The main entrance was closed due to building work. I found the lack of tea and coffee in the room surprising. I also observed that the hallway carpet in the main hall had some visible stains.

attentive service quick check-in personal touches
this hotel impressed me with attentive service. check-in was quick the staff remembered my name. they anticipated my preferences from breakfast tea to providing an umbrella during rain. the turn-down service occurred like clockwork with personal touches.

the hotel offers dinner with live music on saturday nights. i enjoyed the exquisite food at dinner. i found the waiter service to be quick efficient and very informative.

my junior suite was the prettiest hotel room i have stayed in. a complimentary bottle of champagne enhanced the stay. the chambermaids kept the room beautifully clean they seemed to know when my room needed tidying.
